PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that we are observing the third anniversary of the Model Town tragedy today. He said that despite passage of three years, justice has not been dispensed in the Model Town case. He asked as to why the institutions are helpless and victim of expediency. He said that the blood-soaked faces of the martyrs and stone-hearted faces of the perpetrators are still in front of our eyes.
