PAT Lahore announces candidates for LG polls in cantonment boards

Pakistan Awami Tehreek Lahore has announced the names of its candidates for elections in cantonment boards. The candidates will contest elections on the symbol of ‘bucket’. The electoral manifesto titled ‘cleanliness is half of the faith and every street is lit’ has also been prepared. The party will enter into seat adjustment with the like-minded parties in areas where it would not field its candidates. A five-member committee has been constituted for this purpose. read more...

Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri vows to struggle for rights of masses till last breath of his life

Its purpose was to educate and motivate the conveners, and discuss how PAT UK can move forward to propagate the party’s message in the current political scenario. Several activities and talks by senior colleagues from other forums made this workshop a huge success. PAT forms body for LG polls

LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr Tahirul Qadri has formed a nine-member committee headed by PAT president Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi for contesting local bodies elections (LB) in 42 cantonments of the country.
