Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the workers gave matchless sacrifices for revolution, adding that he is proud of their sacrifices. He said that we are not struggling for power but for restoration of constitutional rights of 180 million people who remain mired in multiple crises. He said that the lofty ideal for which we are waging a struggle knows no failure. PAT conveners briefed about political situation in Pakistan

Conveners from all over UK attended this workshop. Its purpose was to educate and motivate the conveners, and discuss how PAT UK can move forward to propagate the party’s message in the current political scenario. Several activities and talks by senior colleagues from other forums made this workshop a huge success. Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi, President Pakistan Awami Tehreek, also addressed the conveners via telephone. PAT delegation meets chief election commissioner

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Secretary Khurram Nawaz Gandapur led a delegation and met Chief Election Commissioner Sardar Raza Khan and gave him a briefing on the suggestions of the PAT Chairman Tahir-ul-Qadri for an independent election commission.
