Addressing a hurriedly called press conference at the Lahore Press Club, central PAT leaders along with the team of lawyers engaged in fighting Model Town case have said that the Punjab Government is murdering justice by not holding fair trial under Article 10-A of the Constitution after formation of the highly questionable JIT. They said that there is no difference in the behaviour of the police, JIT and the anti-terrorism court. National Peace Conference under PAT calls for full implementation of NAP

Addressing the National Peace Conference held under the banner of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) at the central secretariat of the party, the political leaders have said that all provisions of National Action Plan should be implemented in letter and spirit for success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb. They demanded the use of merciless force against armed and economic terrorists. Rawalpindi: Zarb-e-Amn Conference

Dr Hussain Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, president of MQI, has said that the rulers are quite perturbed due to Operation Zarb-e-Azb launched by Pakistan military and peace initiative started by Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri. On behalf of PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the keys of a double storey house were handed over to Mian Muhammad Siddique, the father of Muhammad Umar Siddique yesterday. It is pertinent to mention here that Muhammad Umar Siddique was martyred on June 17, 2014 in Model Town tragedy in Lahore. The Quaid day ceremonies were arranged throughout the world to celebrate the 65th birthday of PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri on February 19. Cakes were cut and special prayers were made on the occasion. Dr Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of Supreme Council, has said that reservations of the smaller provinces regarding the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor should be addressed. He said that the government should satisfy Balochistan and KPK in the light of agreed-upon communique of All-Parties Conference (APC).
