Today, we do not have a system worth its name in the country with the result that the country suffers from the worst leadership deficit. A splendid ceremony to distribute cheques and keys of constructed houses to the flood victims was held in the Rawalpindi Press Club under the banner of Minhaj Welfare Foundation.
