Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founding leader and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has condemned the suicide attacks in the renowned shrine of Hazrat Ali Hajveri, which killed around 50 devotees and injured more than 150 people on Thursday night in Lahore. By the grace of Almighty Allah, on the 13th of June 2010, Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League (France) had the honour to organize an event on Father’s Day. Mrs Mumtaz Malik hosted the program. She began by detailing a hadith about the real meaning of Jihad. She said that a man came to see the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to ask for the authorization to go to Jihad. Sahibzada Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri, Chairman of MQI’s Supreme Council, was the guest of honour on the occasion. He had come to Greece during his tour of Europe.
