In a special message to the people of Pakistan on the eve of the Quaid-e-Azam’s birth anniversary, PAT chief Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that it is not the ruling elite but the unity among the masses that will save Pakistan. He said that had sanctity of vote not been violated, there would not have been any poverty, ignorance, extremism and injustice in Pakistan. The Chairman of Pakistan Awami Tehreek Dr Tahirul Qadri has written a letter to the Chief of the Army Staff, the Director General of Inter-Services Intelligence, the DG Military Intelligence, Joint Chief of the Staff Committee, the President of Pakistan, Prime Minister, all the chief ministers, governors, foreign ministry and interior ministry suggesting measures for the elimination and control of terrorism. The Letter has been released by PAT Central President Dr Raheeq Ahmad Abbasi.
