Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founding leader and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, has condemned the suicide attacks in the renowned shrine of Hazrat Ali Hajveri, which killed around 50 devotees and injured more than 150 people on Thursday night in Lahore. She began by detailing a hadith about the real meaning of Jihad. She said that a man came to see the Holy Prophet (pbuh) to ask for the authorization to go to Jihad. On May 29, 2010, the Center of Minhaj-ul-Quran International (Stavanger) Norway welcomed a delegation of the Minhaj Peace & Integration Council consisting of Director Ejaz Ahmed Warraich for two-day visit.
