ISLAMABAD: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri filed a petition in the Supreme Court on Thursday for the reconstitution of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP). Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has declared that the struggle he launched on December 23 and January 14 will continue unabated and ‘revolution marches’ will be held across the country. He said that the governments that had been formed for last 65 years manifestly violated Articles 3 and 38 of the Constitution.
