No differences with Imran Khan, says Qadri

LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) workers welcomed their party President Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri as he arrived in Lahore on Thursday morning, ARY News reported. While talking exclusively to ARY New, Qadri categorically rejected the Judicial Investigation Team (JIT) formed by government to probe Model Town Incident, the tragic event that killed fourteen people and injured many others on June 17. LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), Dr Tahirul Qadri while strongly reacting to Chaudhry Nisar’s press conference, said that his party has never stormed any of the state institutions, nor will it ever do so, ARY News reported. LAHORE (Dunya News) – The plane carrying Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri from London landed at the Allama Iqbal Airport, Lahore on early Thursday morning. A large number of PAT workers are present at the airport to welcome their leader. According to the details, Qadri returned to Pakistan after his foreign visit. LONDON: Dr Tahirul Qadri, chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), said Wednesday that his party would not cooperate with the joint investigation team that is probing Model Town incident. After much impediments and hullabaloos over formation of a second Joint Investigation Team (JIT) based on the FIR lodged by Minhajul Quran (MuQ) on August 28, the Punjab government has finally formed a new investigation team. However, before this team starts work on Wednesday, the Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) has rejected it.
