PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri reached Lahore on the morning of Nov 28. Addressing the media at the Lahore Airport, he said that the agreement to end the sit-in with the blessings of the Pakistan Army has resulted in restoration of normalcy for the people of Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Addressing a hurriedly called meeting of the PAT Central Core Committee, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that none other than disqualified Nawaz Sharif is behind the efforts to change the text of oath regarding the finality of prophethood. He said that these changes to the law were enacted with the support of the foreign powers in an effort to end the disqualification.
