PAT sends a message of condolences on the anniversary Shaheed BB's martyrdom

In a message to Chairman PPP Bilawal-Bhutto Zardari, PAT Secretary General Khurram Nawaz Gandapur has said that we share the grief and sorrow of the PPP workers on the loss of Shaheed Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto. He said that we pray to Allah Almighty to rest her soul in peace. He also conveyed the message of sympathies of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri to the Chairman PPP.

PAT Secretary General said that Shaheed BB laid down her life in the fight against terrorism. He said that she was a stateswoman and a courageous leader who left a great impact on the politics of Pakistan and the region. He said that she fully understood the dangers posed by terrorism and extremism and adopted a clear-headed response free of any ambiguity.

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri held Shaheed BB in high esteem and always appreciated her national and international services. He said that she was a life-member of MQI and both the leaders worked very closely as part of Pakistan Awami Ittehad. He said in the martyrdom of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto, the country was deprived of a leader who had so much potential to make a difference in the lives of the people. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest her soul in peace.
