Political pundits to realize importance of PAT soon: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

PAT leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that philosophers and political pundits who have dismissed us as being unrelated to the prevailing political situation will soon be reminded of our importance, and inevitability. He said that we are keeping an eye on the political ebb and flow, adding that the second round of the Qisas movement will prove to be the last nail in the coffin of the rulers. He said that he has a clear understanding of the timing to initiate the second round of his movement. He said that when jackal fears death, he runs towards the city, in the same way, the lion of circus starts hatching conspiracies against the national security institutions. He said that he was certain that the PM would not renounce the thought of controlling the Pakistan Army like the Punjab Police.

Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri stated this while talking to the members of the central core committee from Canada yesterday. He said that the rulers released ‘Cyril leaks’ under a carefully calibrated strategy to reduce the amount of pressure of accountability caused by the Panama leaks, Model Town tragedy and the NAP. He said that he is unable to understand as to why no action was taken on the proofs he presented regarding the Indians working in the factories of the rulers. He said that countries that are in a state of war, do the governments there create mountains of problems for their armies? He said that the days of the Sharif brothers in power are numbered and their politics will become part of the past soon.

PAT Chairman said that the rulers failed to brush the Model Town case and the Panama leaks issue under the carpet in two years and six months respectively. He said that it was the PAT workers who rendered sacrifices in man and material against the oppressive system, adding that we would not let these sacrifices go in vain. He asked the people to mark his words that the rulers will be held accountable in the Panama leaks and the Model Town case and no motorway or orange line will be able to save them.

He said that courageous and politically aware workers of PAT are clear with regard to the way forward of their struggle and no propaganda machinery has been able to cause any confusion. He said that Qisas, accountability, reforms and elections are the roadmap of our revolutionary struggle. He said that it is not the change of faces but the change of the system, which will change the destiny of the people. He said that Model Town tragedy tops the list of crimes of the present rulers. He said that while Panama leaks refers to merciless plunder of state resources, the Model Town tragedy is the killing of 14 innocent people in the broad day light. He said it has to be seen how far the perpetrators can keep themselves away from long hand of law.
