Islamabad: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri working for peace in the world: Danish Diplomat

Shahzad Hussain Naqvi, Deputy Chief Organizer of PAT Islamabad, called on Mr. Jackson Jay, the Deputy Head of Mission of Denmark, and discussed with him the work and contributions of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri for elimination of terrorism and extremism. He told the diplomat that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is rendering services for promotion of peace, interfaith dialogue and harmony in the world. He further informed the dignitary about the intellectual work Dr Qadri has produced to deal with the radicalism and empower the Muslim youth with theological framework to reject the negative and extremis influences on them.

Shahzad Hussain Naqvai also told Mr. Jackson about the range of work MQI is doing in various fields of life, be it education, human welfare, and promotion of tolerance and moderation in the world. The Danish diplomat appreciated the efforts of Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri and termed them significant initiative to build bridges between followers of various faiths.
