World needs to act together to uproot terrorism: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri
PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri has strongly condemned the bomb blasts and acts of terrorism in Brussels. He said that he is deeply anguished to learn about killings of innocent people in the horrible incidents. He said that this act of terrorism should be condemned in the strongest possible words. He said that terrorist groups, spread across the world, are targeting people of all nationalities without any discrimination of caste, colour and creed. He said that it is high time that the governments around the world sit together by rising above their narrow interests to fashion together a united response to the challenge of terrorism. He said that the world will become haven of peace only when conscious efforts are made to uproot the menace of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.
Dr Qadri said that when half of the world is burning in the flames of terrorism and extremism, its flames will most definitely affect the rest of the world. He said that world has never been victim to injustice and lawlessness the way it is today. He said that terrorists are out in the open to take on the humanity without any discrimination and it is now responsibility of all the governments to pool their resources together to fight the menace.
Meanwhile, PAT leaders Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Major (r) Muhammad Saeed, GM Malik, and Sohail Ahmad Raza have also condemned the acts of terrorism in Brussels in the strongest possible words. They expressed their sympathies for the bereaved families.
