PAT Deputy Chief Organizer visits French Embassy

PAT Deputy Chief Organizer Shahzad Hussain Naqvi visited the French embassy in Islamabad and recorded his statement in the visitor’s book in the backdrop of Paris bombings and shootouts. He also held a meeting with the French Ambassador Martin Dorance. He expressed strong condemnation of the Paris attacks on behalf of PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, and MQI. He said that the Pakistani nation stands in solidarity with the French people at this hour of immense grief and sorrow.

Shahzad Naqvi told the Ambassador that Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri is grieved over loss of precious lives in Paris. He said that the PAT Chairman has urged the international community to forge unity in their ranks for promotion of peace and elimination of terrorism. He briefed the Ambassador about services and contributions of Dr Qadri against terrorism and extremism. He particularly talked about Fatwa against terrorism and suicide bombing and Islamic Curriculum on Peace and Counter-Terrorism designed by Dr Qadri, which he said, could help tackle extremism at intellectual level. He said that addressing the root causes of terrorism is equally important.
