Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri terms Senate elections as ‘Muk Muka’
Addressing the central Working Council meeting of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that those who did not agree on constitutional amendment against terrorism have agreed on a power-sharing formula. He said that the Senate elections started off on horse trading and ended on ‘Muk Muka’. He further said that ‘Muk muka’ parties have hindered the path of representative government and real opposition. He said that the rulers have started a new drama on Model Town judicial commission. He said that we welcome the proactive stance of the honorable Supreme Court in connection with holding the local government polls but said that the rulers will find a way out of running away from the LG elections at the last hour.
