Minhaj-ul-Quran Women League organized a grand reception on April 25 in order to celebrate the successful holding of the Milad Festival in the Race Course Park under its banner. This programme was arranged in the conference hall of the Central Secretariat. The daughter of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, Mrs Qura tul Ain Fatima, presided over the moot, while naib Nazim-e-Ala of Minhaj-ul-Quran International Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, Director Foreign Affairs G.M. CROWDS descended on the Minhaj al-Quran International centre in London, UK to hear a profound scholar speak. His Excellency Dr Muhammad Tahir al-Qadri made a formal appearance at the Minhaj al-Quran centre on Romford Road in Newham on the late evening of Saturday 26th April 2008 as part of a world tour. Dr Qadri arrived after completing a successful tour of the Middle East. A delegation of National Management College visited the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran International on April 2, 2008. The 11-member delegation comprised of officers of Senior Management Wing led by Faculty Head Muhammad Ashfaque Khattak. The other members included Rab Nawaz of District Management Group, economist and planner Zia-ud-Din Azhar, Sayed Muhammad Junaid Shah, Dr Shahnaz Rozina Abid, Dr Sohail Khan of Foreign Service of Pakistan, Dr Umer Baber Khan of Govt. of Baluchistan, Faisal Ismail of Pakistan Audit and Accounts Service and Sohail Tanvir Saddique of Secretariat Group.
