Young Business Association Will Become a Voice for Young Entrepreneurs and Industrialists: Altaf Hussain Randhawa

An important meeting of the Young Business Association was held at the Central Secretariat of Minhaj-ul-Quran in Model Town, with Secretary General of Minhaj-ul-Quran International, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, attending as a special guest. The meeting was chaired by Chairman of the Young Business Association, Altaf Hussain Randhawa, and attended by association office-bearers and a number of young business professionals.

The meeting discussed various proposals concerning the training of young entrepreneurs, membership campaigns, the organization of business workshops, and measures to address the challenges faced by the business community.

Addressing the meeting, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur said that the rising costs of electricity, petrol, and gas have created severe difficulties for the industrial and business sectors. He said that providing the business community with a conducive environment is essential for promoting economic activity, while effective measures must also be taken to equip young people with the skills required for entrepreneurship.

He said that young people can be given greater opportunities to become successful entrepreneurs by familiarizing them with modern business requirements, digital marketing, technology, and financial management.

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur emphasized that a business model succeeds through integrity, transparency, hard work, and trust. He said that promoting ethical values alongside business growth is equally important for establishing strong and sustainable business relationships.

He further said that leaving the country’s 68 percent youth population at the mercy of circumstances is a national tragedy. Providing young people with opportunities for education, skills development, entrepreneurship, and employment should be a national priority. He stressed that Pakistan cannot achieve sustainable economic growth without empowering its youth.

Chairman of the Young Business Association, Altaf Hussain Randhawa, said that the association would bring young entrepreneurs together on a common platform, highlight their issues, strengthen professional networking, and provide guidance for business development. He said that the membership process for young entrepreneurs has already begun, with young people from various business sectors being brought into the association.

He added that, for the first time, the Young Business Association has also included business owners from the fast-food and café sectors, thereby providing young entrepreneurs from diverse industries with a common platform for representation and collaboration.

The meeting was attended by Executive Members of the Senior Advisory Council, including Farooq Alvi, Chaudhry Muhammad Afzal Gujjar, Muhammad Naveed Butt, Rana Manzoor Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Shahid, and others.

During the meeting, Chaudhry Zohaib Farooq Gujjar was appointed Convener for Lahore; Chaudhry Nauman Afzal as Organizer; Chaudhry Usman Afzal as Central Convener for Real Estate; Tahir Farooq Alvi as Central Convener for the Electronics Sector; Rana Shoaib Ahmed as Central Convener for the Grocery Merchants Association; Mian Mohib-ul-Hassan Pirzada as Central Convener for High-Rise Real Estate; Hafiz Faisal Areeb as Convener for E-Commerce; and Rana Usman as Convener for Freelancing.
