The Fitna of Kharijites Must Be Eliminated: Khurram Nawaz Gandapur
The nation still feels the pain of the martyrdom of innocent children in its soul, says Secretary General of PAT

In a statement on the anniversary of the APS tragedy and in the context of the innocent martyrs, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, Secretary General of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT), said that the families of the victims of the APS tragedy still feel the pain of losing their loved ones. It is a wound that has not healed and can never heal.
He emphasized that now is the time to make a renewed commitment to eliminate the fitna (rebellion) of the Kharijites once and for all. Terrorism, in any form, must be eradicated as it is our national, collective, and religious duty. Those who play with the lives of innocent people do not deserve any leniency or sympathy. The fight against terrorism and extremism is the responsibility of every citizen, he added.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur also expressed his satisfaction that Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr. Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the founder and patron-in-chief of Minhaj-ul-Quran, issued a fatwa in 2010 against the fitna of the Kharijites, and today, that fatwa has become the state's official narrative. There is no place for extremism and terrorism in Pakistan, he said.
Khurram Nawaz Gandapur further conveyed his condolences to the parents of the martyrs of APS and prayed that Allah (SWT) makes the martyrs a source of forgiveness for their parents and grants them immense rewards in this world and the hereafter
