Nawaz Sharif has become a security risk: Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri
There is a certainty that Nawaz Sharif will not only be convicted but also punished in the corruption references. He has no option left but to run away from the country, go to jail or take refuge under Article 45 of the Constitution. Nawaz Sharif considers such a vote sacred that is cast in his favor. If he is able to have his way, he can bring about a legislation to that effect.
PAT leader Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri made these remarks while talking to the members of the central Core Committee of the party that met yesterday. He said that no party enjoyed absolute majority in the Senate and the nomination of the political alliance were to win the slot of the Chairman. He said that both PML-N and the opposition alliance competed with each other with opposition parties winning the race for the Senate election, asking why is hue and cry being raised on this?
Dr Qadri said that the disqualified says that he would not let any Quddus Bizenjo become the prime minister. He said that if the voters elected Quddus Bizenjo, where will the ‘respect for vote’ campaign of the ousted PM stand? He said that those who were brought up in the training centres of the dictators behave and act like emperors and they are familiar with that brand of democracy that makes them wear the mantle of emperor.
The PAT Chairman said that Nawaz Sharif is a security risk. He said that his agenda is that of the enemies of Pakistan. He said that a conspiracy is being hatched to create a rift between the people and the institutions. He said that the evil will have to be nipped in the bud before he becomes a monster and treads the path of Sheikh Mujeeb. He said that the ruling PML-N has completed its term in office and it should not be allowed to privatize any public sector entity including PIA and Steel Mills. He said that these critical decisions should be left for the next parliament to decide on.
Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the N League mortgaged everything including motorways and important buildings for loans and now they want to privatize the PIA to run their government for next two months. He said that the state enterprise they sell stands on its feet the next day. He asked as to why the PM who turned his airliner into a profitable venture has failed to lift the PIA out of the deficits.
