Sheikh Rashid calls on Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri

The head of Awami Muslim League, Sheikh Rashid Ahmad, held a detailed meeting with PAT Chairman Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri at his residence in Model Town yesterday and exchanged views with him on prevailing political situation including matters of mutual interest.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that he is ready to render any sacrifice for the country and nation, adding that his purposeful struggle will continue, no matter come what may. He said that there is a government of corrupt mafia in the country. He said that if timely treatment was not meted out to the patient, the situation will become more complicated. He said that doctors namely institutions of the country, patriotic people and educated sections of society have a fundamental role to cure the patient.

Dr Tahir-ul-Qadri said that the mother of all evils is Election Commission, adding that the billions of rupees are being spent in the election for NA-154 seat in Lodhran. He said that our political opponent has heaps of ill-gotten wealth whereas the PAT candidate Khawaja Aamir Fareed Koreja has the wealth of character.

Speaking on the occasion, Sheikh Rashid Ahmad said that 2016 is an important year. He said that one of Sharifs will call it quits. He said that Raheel Sharif he knows will not accept extension in service. He said that out of the people identified by Dr Asim Hussain, if eight of them are arrested, the Sindh government will lose all respect. He said that PM Nawaz Sharif will have to decide on which side of the fence he stands. He said that for the time being it appears that Nawaz Sharif is supporting the government.
