Close companion of Shaykh-ul-Islam passes away

Rao Iqtidar Hussain, a veteran member of MQI and a close companion of Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, passed away on Sunday. In his condolence message to the bereaved family, Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri said that late Iqtidar Hussain was a true lover of the Holy Prophet, peace be upon him, and a loyal worker of MQI who contributed to the cause of the mission in a big way. He prayed to Allah Almighty to rest the departed soul in eternal peace and grant patience to the family to bear the irreparable loss.

Amir-e-Tehreek of MQI Faiz-ur-Rehman Durrani led the funeral prayers for late Rao Iqtidar Hussain. The leadership of MQI and PAT including Sheikh Zahid Fayyaz, GM Malik, Shamim Numbardar, Haji Riaz, Shahzad Rasool and Haji Wilayat Qaiser attended the funeral. The ‘qul’ of late Iqtidar Hussain will be held at his residence in Model Town after Zuhr prayer.
