Attack on FC Headquarters is Condemnable — Timely Action of Security Forces is Commendable: PAT

Secretary General of Pakistan Awami Tehreek, Khurram Nawaz Gandapur, strongly condemned the cowardly suicide attack on the FC Headquarters in Peshawar. He prayed for the elevation of ranks of the brave soldiers who were martyred, saying that these martyrs are the nation’s heroes and our pride. As long as the spirit of sacrifice for the defense of the homeland exists, no one can dare cast an evil eye on our country.

He said that the martyrs demonstrated exceptional courage for the protection of the nation, and the entire country salutes their sacrifices. All our sympathies and prayers are with the families of the martyrs, and we pray for the swift recovery of the injured personnel.

Khurram Nawaz Gandapur further stated that hostile elements once again want to sabotage the peace of the country, but the fact remains that the Pakistani nation stands shoulder to shoulder with its security forces. FC personnel, through their timely, effective, and courageous response, averted a major tragedy, which is a source of pride and encouragement for the entire nation.

He added that the sacrifices made for the defense of the homeland will always be remembered and will never go in vain.
