Tribune News: PAT will accept nothing but 'Qisas' for Model Town incident, says Qadri
LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Tahirul Qadri on Sunday dispelled rumors that his party was striking a deal with the government and would accept blood money for the PAT activists killed in Model Town incident, Express News reported. Addressing the PAT rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday, he said ‘Qisas’ was the only way out to avenge the killings of his workers, and will accept nothing short of the punishment of killers. The PAT chief while criticising the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government said even cleaning and parking projects in Punjab were being given to foreign companies. read more...
