A get-together ceremony in the wake of successful International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference was held on March 16, 2009 in the hall of Gosha-e-Durood in the Central Secretariat. International Mawlid-un-Nabi Conference 2009 under MQI

The 25th Annual Mawlid-un-Nabi (S.A.W) Conference was held at historic Minar-e-Pakistan on March 9, 2009 under the aegis of Minhaj-ul-Quran International. The main highlight of the programme was the keynote speech of Shaykh-ul-Islam Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri. Shaykh as-Sayed Muhammad Bin Ahmad Bin Ali al-Noori al-Madani, the special Servant at the Shrine of the Holy Prophet (S.A.W), presided over the Conference. The central birthday ceremony took place in the central secretariat of MQI, Lahore, on February 19, 2009. The ceremony that had two sessions started at 9 p.m. at night.
