Dr. Hassan Mohi-ud-Din Qadri was the keynote speaker at the inaugural session of the First International Congress of the Holy Quran in Mash’had which was held in the main auditorium of the Free Islamic University, Mash’had. The two-day International Congress of the Holy Quran was attended by hundreds of leading scholars of the Holy Quran from Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, USA, Canada, Tunisia, Kuwait and Kazakhstan. Dr Muhammad Tahir-ul-Qadri, the leader of PAT, has said that there is an agreement among all five schools of thought i.e. Hanafi, Maliki, Shafai, Humbali and Ja`fri that launching an armed struggle against an Islamic state is un-Islamic act. He said that according to all schools of thought, such a thought falls in the category of rebellion and crushing the rebels is in keeping with the Islamic law. LAHORE: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr Allama Tahirul Qadri has said the green revolution in Pakistan can be brought about only through peace, discipline, unity and sacrifice. He was addressing Mustafavi Workers Convention held here Wednesday. Around 15, 000 workers participated in the convention.
